Video Card

I was wondering what games I would be able to play with a Video Card that gets around a 2000 on 3D Mark03? I have no FPS right now, and if I do get any, they'll be the free ones (like Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory). I'm playing just RPG like games right now (City of Villains and WarCraft 3 mainly). What would the minimum I need on 3D Mark03 to play these with-out lag on medium or high settings?

$75 max......I'm watching a GeForce FX5500. I know it's not a super good card, but it's alot better than what I have and it's in my burget. I don't want super grapihcs, just good enough to play the games I have (like I said, mainly City of Heroes and WarCraft 3 will be played. With some Wolfenstein).

Hmmm....I just compared the 5500 to the 5200 (both are on eBay) an 3D Mark03 and the 5200 got a higher score. Any ideas why? The top 5 scores for the 5200 are all higher than the top score for the 5500.
