Adobe Illustrator Problems

Hi, i'm a n00b with Adobe Illustrator. I just got Illustrator but I noticed that there was the Illustrator templates... but now they're not there.

Is it legal to trade the Adobe Illustrator Templates folders? I really need them. If it is legal to trade them, please attach them in a ZIP. If not, please reply so and mods close the thread.
