restart on XP screen?

About 3 or 4 times out of 5 my computer will restart when it gets to the Windows XP loading screen. It then goes through POST again, loads Windows and works fine. Sometimes I don't experience this problem at all.

Here is what I have loading on startup. Sometimes when I try to shutdown I also have a WinIRXHelper error.

Restart ur system in safe mode..

uninstall few softwares which u recently installed

Or juz disable all startup items from msconfig..

I hope u will be able to sort of the problem..

it Happened to me once i loaded logon screen changing utility..

I disabled WinIRXhelper.exe and I haven't experienced this problem since!
