I'm thinking $30 for ram, $25 for case, $50 for mobo, and $65 for CPU.

...that wasn't much help...especially since you included a video card, which I don't need...

Thanks Matt, but we don't need a power supply. I have a fine 350W one he can use. He's also using my old AGP video card.
 
take into the account that shipping would cost abotu 40-50 bucks so the 140 would be a GOOD idea
