I would go with another card. If you upgrade you mobo to a pci-e, you most likely would need a new processor becuase your current one might not fit.

but you should upgrade anyway, pci-e is definitely the way to go, agp is getting outdated

not true. Basically, the only reason to CHANGE to PCI-e is if you want a card that is past a 6800 series. You shouldn't just switch mobos because you want a PCI-e card instead of an AGP.

sorry. not trying to be rude. i had a pci-e 6600 but a new agp 6600 is on the way.
