What would be a really good, reliable motherboard for these parts (let's keep the price $80 or lower please)

do a search on new egg for motherboards
i would suggest an nforce 2 board from either asus, gigabyte,msi,dfi,chaintech, or aopen
and yes they look like they will work together
 
looking at your specs, i would also suggest getting rid of the Kingwin CPU Fan and getting a thermaltake volcano 9 (or 12. but the 12 is more money) also get artic silver 5 for the thermal compound, as it is one of the best at heat transfer.
