NERO 6.3 will not detect my LG DVD Burner Under Windows Xp 64-Bit

Installed Nero 6.3.0.0 Ultra on a Windows 64-Bit PC. It can not detect the LG DVD Burner.

I know that this version of Nero works with my DVD Burner. However what version do I need to have for it to work under Windows Xp 64-Bit?

what model burner is it?
have you tried reinstalling the ATAPI drivers?
or update the firmware maybe?
