HERE IS ONE THAT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY

A customer cals in and says there notebook has gone crazy

when they press the "R" key the run box pops up

when they press the "E" windows explorer pops up

WHEN THE "D" KEY IS PRESSED OPEN WINDOWS CLOSE

pluss a few others...what is wrong ?
