LotusNotes/Hyperlinks?

HI,

I have a user who is using LotusNotes but when he clicks on graphical links he get a new IE window with page cannot be displayed. If it is a text based link it works fine.

Refering to the above link which doesnt work when inputed directly into the address space. If i take out everything before
http://www.france2007.fr/decouvrir_en.php it works fine. This occurs on 2 PCs in the same office so im a bit puzzled although the other PCs work fine.

Does it open a new tab in Lotus Notes ? Or does it try to open an IE page ?
