The Second Version of the Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 powertoy named "Tweak MCE" was released today offering compatibility fixes with the 2nd Rollup Package dubbed "Emerald" which was released late September.
Also this new version fixes issues regarding the compatibility of external DVD changers. This new version can also be programmed to tweak external Media Center Extenders as well as tweaking the IR Receiver to allow signals from universal remotes.
MCE Tweak gives you the option to change settings that are not usually accessible in the standard user interface; it can also let you optimize settings for the best performance on your computer.
