Is there any way to make 32bit drivers work in 64bit?

Hi,
I got a webcam that came with the 32bit drivers, and no 64bit drivers. It's the cheap 2in1 camera that does a Webcam and a Digital Camera. There is Shark writen on it, and the model number is: EOTSQXXH. Kinda want it to work, it was working before I upgraded to 64bit Windows. BTW: it's Windows XP.

Can someone help me on this?

I always thought it was built in for programs using 32/64 bit code. I assumed it would be the same for drivers.

Nope, maybe there is some way that I don't know. But, it doesn't work... here what it says at the end of the add new hardware thingy:
If the driver was provided, make sure it was designed to work with Windows for x64-based systems. If you do not have an appropriated driver, contact the device manufacturer.
(I would if there was a fre'ging compagny on that device!)

Another shame of windows :(
