:) i guess it's my fault. i've use 3-5 floppy disks and a cd-rom that i burn 3 times just to get the boot up floppy/cd right, but non of them worked. so i have this one final floppy, move all the file and reformated it. and thank God it worked. now the memtest still running, and it's 01.32 AM here
 
are there any errors with memtest ?

also go to control panel / admin toolz / event viewer and the system see if there are errors ?
 
i mean, i failed several times making memtest floppy boots until finaly succeeded making one.
how long should i run the test? bcause there's no error detected & it's been running for almost 4 hours
 
i got an error message simular and i tested each stick of ram and it was one of my sticks. but that message could be an overheating issue as well

do u mean reinstal windows etc?

fyi there're errors report from admin tools but not from memtest.
