my soon-to-be a new computer

my comp just broke down on me recently, so I searched through forums and put together what i think is a reasonably ok computer. can you guys tell me if i got it right?

CASE LINKWORLD|3210-04-C2628 BLK/SL - Retail

MB GIGABYTE NF4 GA-K8N PRO-SLI - Retail

VGA EVGA|GF 6600GT 128-A8-N350 - Retail

CPU AMD 64 |3200+ ATHLON 64 939P RT - Retail

I already got 2 512 kingston ram and 350w antec psu.
plus keyboard,mouse, monitor, and speakers.

oh also i do have 2 more 512 kingston lying around...
is it ok to put 4 of them all together?

Looks pretty good. If all 4 sticks of ram are identical, then it's okay to put them all in, otherwise, i wouldn't mix and match different types of ram because it may be unstable. You might want to get a bit more powerful PSU, closer to 500W maybe even 480, but other than that, everything looks good
