Hello, everyone. I've been reading/posting the last couple of days and seeing as how I see myself sticking around these forums, I thought I'd quickly introduce myself.
I go by lo_tek (which is derived from the name of a group of hackers/pirates/data thieves in Johnny Mnemonic--- not the greatest of flicks, but based on a short story by the all-time greatest cyberpunk scifi author, mr. william gibson). I'm a college student from the western shore of canada who is a comp. sci major. My OS of choice is linux... (slackware)... although I've done the bsd thing as well. Other than that, I'm a big outdoors guy who loves to snowboard, loves music, and should stop right about there before this sounds too much like a personal ad
