Cases?

Me again any way i was looking into cases and a friend said the acrilic (how ever you spell that) can easily cook your system i was just wondering about that and where would be a good place to look for cases.

How can it cook your system?

Are you talking about the see-through cases?

a good case for cooling has:
alluminium, not plastic
plenty of airflow
enough fans, or room for enough, depending on its design and airflow

the thermaltake armor series is aluminum, and has four fans. looks like it gets a lot of airflow

just not enuf airflow i gees but idk ya i think im gona go with the alluminium case but idk

I have a Lian-Li PC-V1000. it is designed to have really good airflow

Steel should be noted as a good option for serious modders as it is actually durable enough to weld, alluminum will just melt if you tried the same thing

Your ordinary dremel won't work on steel though, you need a hacksaw if you wanna cut anything...steel will also be much heavier than alluminum

My case cools extremely well. The system temps are cooler than room temps surprisingly. I have a Cooler Master Centurion 5 w/acrylic window, and it is aluminum. Although I have 4 120mm fans, and 4 80mm fans lol.

My Thermaltake Tsunami is awesome!!! It keeps my pc really cool with 3 fans. It also looks great!!
