Ok, I'm lost, computer is a dell dimension 2350, just started having this issue, its sporatic, happens on startup sometimes, or when i click on random programs, etc

I'm currently running memtest on the machine to eliminate the memory from the list...its a 128mb dimm. Shouldn't be bad, factory one from dell.

STOP 0x000000D1 generally occurs because of bad drivers...you can try either updating or reinstalling your drivers, or if you recently updated a specific driver you should roll it back

gaara is correct. boot into safe mode (press F8 just before Windows loads) and install different drivers for anything you might have updated
