I've got the same CPU and no you don't have to "overclock" your ram intentionally, it will kinda do that on it's own. just change the divider to 166. If you're only shooting for 2.2 then you don't have to really worry about your RAM as much as if you wanted to go like 2.5 or 2.6.

Well with my value select will it be possible ( while maintaing stability ) to OC it to 2.5 or higher?

if you run memory dividers yes

if ur processor can take 2.5 then yes but some of the later venices max out at like 2.1-3

My Venice cuts out at 2.45. Now this could be for many other reason's besides my CPU, but from what a lot of people are saying about it easily being a crappy CPU, I think that is what it is. I've heard of many people getting their Venice's up quite a bit higher, but of also heard of many people who can't get theirs past 2.4.
