PSP wireless

When I try to connect to my wireless router using my PSP to to a network update it gives me the "Connection error" message. Why can't I connect? Any ideas?

Are all of the parameters correct?

SSID
WEP
Channel


Make sure wireless is enabled on the left of the unit (click it on).

The switch is on
It automatically detected the SSID
The other two things I'm not sure about.

WEP is encryption, your router will have it if you want to keep other people out of your network or you don't want to go into theirs.

If you setup the network you should know if you have WEP or not. If you don't remember the name WEP, you most likley don't have it.

Channel should be default as 6.

dude if you want reset your wireless router and see if you can connect with it unencrypted

I purposely did not enable encription because sometimes my friends connect to the LAN for multiplayer CS. The channel, I'll check on that.
