Well, I haven't had a TT refund or RMA, but I still have an outstanding REBATE that i'm waiting for.
It was mailed to them on August 30th for a $40.00 rebate for my TT Shark case. Today is november 7th and after checking the status online i found that they have just processed it and mailed it out.
So may-be i'll get it in a few days. That's a good solid 60+ days.
I absolutely HATE mail-in rebates. They are a bunch of BS. I know they got the rebate in no more then 3 days. Then it took them almost 2 months to process it? BS!!!!
I resently saw a deal for a Creative Zen Portable Media Player. It was like $369.00 with a $250.00 mail in rebate. Now "$119.00 for that is a darn pretty good deal". But waiting over 2 months to get that $250.00 back is not something i'm willing to do.

I think rebates are more of a hasle and a long wait then a good deal.
