it's not that Geil is bad, it's just that Asus boards tend to be picky about the RAM you put in. it's almost as if Asus boards are "racist" to some brands. I couldn't tell you why Asus's motherboards are like that though.
 
Both the BSOD errors indicate a RAM problem. That's for sure. I also agree with apokalipse, in that ASUS boards can be very picky when it comes to RAM.

So try swopping it and see what happens.

Don't rely on memtest.
 
I ordered some Corsair RAM from newegg that was recommended in my Asus's boards manual... I'm almost convinced this should fix the problem. I'll defrag my hard drive while I'm at it too... Once again, thanks a ton for the help guys, I'll post some results soon.
