Need a new Harddrive

I currently have a Dell 4600, and i wanted to get a new Hd becaues i am running short on storeage. It currently has a 80 GB hard drive. I think that it is IDE but i am not 10% sure (BTW how can i check for that) What do you guys recomend? I am problely looking for about 120 GB and up. The more the better.

download a program called siw and it tells u everything u need to know about ur comp....also...i reccomend either a seagate or wester digital hd....i personally like seagate because of past issues i have had with wester digital...up to you...and also you need to find out the mb model number and see if you have serial ata capabilities...if so...UTILIZE THAT OPTION. check these sites for a new hd:

seagate is the way to go.. 5 year warrant.. at best buy this week the yavhe a 160 gb for 40 bux (after rebates) i just purchased it myself and it works like a charm

have a look at that one, its good and worth a look although idk i still think i would recomend the seagate
