I don't know the excate details but I went into the BIOS :


Processor Type: P III
Processor speed: 1 Ghz
System bus frequency: 133 Mhz

can i not download the files for win98 and put them on a CD-r

I already said MSDN is the only legal way.

You can pop Xp on that thing if you want... check the memory prior to installation however... You will need atleast 64Mb... however I would recommend 128 or 256.

I'd even recommend 516 for XP because you will need it when you get all the apps on you want. Sad part is I don't meet my own requirments and I can feel it's lagging my system.

I wouldnt do XP on anything less than 800 Cpu And 512 of ram.Or it will be a dog.
