Hello Everyone

My name is william and i am just getting back into gaming, don't know alot about building computers but i know alot about playing games :) . I want to build a Gaming computer myself, I want to order the parts and put it together and i want to be able to run these games at high graphics and no chops or nothin

Medal Of honors
Planetside
Battlefield 1942
DaoC
SWG

Any any other of the newer games there releasing that are pretty demanding. I am not looking for anything like up and beyond, But just something i don't have to spend alot of money that will run the games ok. Right now i am like on a 2.5 processor with an ATI 9000 and only 512 DDR ram. Dont' know what motherboard i have like i said don't know much about this stuff. But if possible i would just like to build a new computer with parts that don't cost a fortune (cause i don't have alot of money ) and that will run the newer games smoothly. Thank you so much for your time reading this and posting a reply everyone. Talk to you later Thanks again

Ok sorry i am going to feel really stupid asking this question, Whats what? whats the processor, Video Card, and whatever else you typed up top, And i need a new powersupply and motherboard, i guess, i don't know what i can take from my old computer and put into my new /= actually i think i will just go with an upgrade, guess i need new video card processor ram right? Sorry for asking stupid questions /= if any of you knowledgable guys out there is willing to chat with me i would really love it, and give me some advice. I gotta go to work here in 10 minutes but let me know how to get ahold of you on msn messenger. Thanks alot! =)

i dunt use msn...i use aim...u can catch me almost all fricken day...
anyway...i would not suggest just upgrading...if u wanna hardcore game (bf2) then u need to start from ground up an get the best u can afford...my new gaming comp is gonna cost me $997.98 + shipping

Hard-Drive X2:

i forgot to mention...i already bought case, dvd-rom, and cd-rom...u don't have to have a dvd rom..i just watch movies alot...so i got one

the hardrive sucks, the ram sucks, go with corsair valueselect, and a MSI mobo

just fyi...people say go with any power supply....u can...but u will pay for it in the end...so just go good now....and don't buy cheap and upgrade later...because if a ps blows up it could possible take other componets with it...ie harddrive, vid card, even processor....so get a good powersupply since that is what is going to drive your entire computer
