Nero is a good progy. Did you try google your nero questions. Also the Nero website may have info. What about the programs online help, there really is not that muc...i guess i should not say that, i have not used 7 yet I have 6 also, really like it, got all my customers to get it...get it or..NO SERVICE FOR YOU...TRY BACK ONE YEAR.

i am not using nero 7 anymore. I installed nero 6 ultra edition instead. It works just as good

I'm using Nero 7. What problems are you all having?

i couldnt use the nero home. it gave error messages, even though i followed the instuctions on how to use it properly. Also, whenever i tried to use nero smartsmart, an illegal operation message popped up :O

I'm using it and haven seen any errors yet but I have also applied the error fix.
