Yeah, it sounds like you haven't done this before. You should really have a friend or someone show you what you need to do. It's not really hard, but it does take some first hand knowledge, otherwise you may end up ruining some parts by not setting everything up properly.
 
400/cl3 is probably better. the higher bandwidth ends up being more significant compared to a .5 lower cas latency. the only way to know for sure is if you list the memory make/ model.

ah. thata what i thought.

i was thinking of getting an abit mofo with nforce 2 ultar chipset and athlon (barton) 2500+ cpu.

whats the difference between abit boards NF7-S and NF7-SL ? any1 got one of those?
