Programs Randomly Minimize

I've had this problem for awhile, and it is really starting to irritate me. When I'm running a program, it will randomly minimize. All of the sudden, I'll be staring at my desktop. I can click on the button on my task bar and go right back into it, but thats not the point. I would really, really like to fix this. Is there anything I can do short of reinstalling windows to fix this?

Ya, it sounds a bit to me like spyware. Download spybot search and destroy.

Ive tried spybot, didnt do anything. Tried mcafee, didnt do anything. tried ad-aware, didnt do anything. I'll try the link posted above. And what the hell, ill run the stuff again. maybe they will find something.
