First time I saw this. I didn't see any posts about this yet so check it out.
 
Gigabyte got the same product, 3D1 is the product name

they have 6600, 6600GT and 6800(GT or not, can't remember) versions too

cheaper than the true SLi setup (2 cards), and the performance is almost the same according to Tom's hardware guide

I would get it if I am a big FPS fan and considering SLi
 
yes, i remember seeing the 3d1 a little while back. It looks to be quite good, but do you think its going to be the future, everyone thought SLI would be really good but it turns out many people dont.

Since this is cheaper than an SLI setup SLI i guess is outdated once these type of cards come out in all the chipset varieties.
 
I wouldn't say SLi is going to be history yet... for FPS games, SLi is still the best to offer.... but it is pricey and not everyone would invest that much for the extra frame per second.

But I would get the double GPU card if I am a big First Personal Shooting game fan that is for sure.
