Well, yup, I'm new here. It's a little lengthy to post my tech. experience but I'm sure it'll come out in my posts.

I'm currently building a custom pc with a Celly D 330 (yup, I'm gonna overclock) so that'll be fun and I'm sure I'll be begging for help before too long.

In the meantime, however, I'm just here to help others and hopefully expand my knowledge!
 
Good to have you. Just ask, and you'll probably be swamped with advice.

Why a Celeron? Just for kicks? You'll find these forums are pretty much pro-AMD and pro-nVidia, but not to the point of exclusion.

the processor was $78 and it actually is VERY similar to the p4's. prescott core, 90nm, runs HOT, just missing a few bells and whistles. it easily overclocks to 3.2 ghz and up, and scores higher overclocked on benchmarks than some p4's and AMD's almost double the price.

long story short: I'm cheap and I like a project!
