Find out your Frames Per Second?

In Maximum PC they always use Doom 3 to test how many frames per second a PC can generate. How can I find out how many my computer is generating?

in steam, its net_graph 1

everygame has its own certain console command... look em up on www.gamewinners.com

in cs you can so cl_showfps 1 or net_graph 3 either one shows your fps

anyways does anyone know the command to get rid of the 60FPS cap in doom 3?

I tried this command and it fails to work= Com_Fixedtic -1
