Uninstalling Windows OS fully?

Is there a way to fully uninstall windows xp and then later put in an xp disk and do a clean install? Thanks for any help

well in order to install xp your harddrive would need to be formatted (erased) so that would take care of fully uninstalling windows.

if you erased your hard drive completely, its a clean install

You need to perform a format. Just pop in the Xp disc and choose format with NTFS under the install section.
