Sweet I know that alot of those 478s achieve pretty high clocks.

Very nice. I have a 2.8 800fsb northwood that i would love to OC but i have CHEAP ram and mobo ( Dane-Elec?? and ASRock ) I actually have it @2.9 but i don't count that as an OC. Idles at 75-77F on stock.

yeah, RAM and motherboard are pretty important for overclocking aswell.
good overclocks BTW, although I see you used the multiplier pretty heavily rather than a high FSB.
your CPU will speed you up, but your RAM will slow you down.
