Need reccomendations for my new computer

I already made this thread yesterday but im a little anal about getting a good computer out of my money. but basically... im buying a new computer because well... the mx440 just is not cutting it. Im trying to keep it around a similar price to everything below which is about 1300 i think, but a little more is ok. these are the parts i have picked out and i was hoping you guys had any suggestions on things i should change. Im a little unsure about the motherboard so that would be great. RAM too cuz there are just way too many. thanks

Ive already got an Audigy 2 ZS and 7.1 so i dont need that and i also dont need any other components like optical drives and stuff. So please give me a rating if you feel like it and or suggest some changes i can make.

All looks fine, but i aint heard much about that motherboard, and an i would suggest getting the AMD 63 3700, its only an extra $30 and it has 1MB L2 Cache. Also have a look at the motherboard DFI Nforce 4 UT Ultra-D.
