touch the case before or during the time when your touching the parts...
tip:
take your socks off if your on carpet or have walked on carpet

optional:
wear an antistatic wristband.. but the easiest way is to just try to touch your case at all times

if you leare your power cable in with your psu turned off, doesnt it ground it?
