Help with Unblocking Command Prompt! Help!

Click Start, Run and type this command exactly as given below: (better - Copy and paste)

REG add HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System /v DisableCMD /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Method 2: Edit the registry directly

Open Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) and navigate to:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]

In the right-pane, double-click DisableCMD and set it's data to 0


Method 3: Using Group Policy Editor in Windows XP Professional.

Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.

Navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ System

Double-click the Prevent access to the command prompt
 
ok CMD prompt works perfectly. But remember the thing I told you about Hosts in System 32? I need to know how to clear those sites for my program to work under CMD prompt. In the picture I posted at the begging of page 2 that's what it responded.
 
It's a Batch file program. But, enable to run the program I need access to the website, which is blocked.
 
Well you know the hosts file? The site is www.nnbot.co.uk and it is listed under C:\\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\Hosts. And when I tried to erase it from the list and save the file when the sites are deleted from the Hosts list, it says "Unable to Save Hosts file", such as the above picture.
