Overclocking an EVGA FX5500

[Counter-Strike]

Ok, first off I need to know what program I can use to overclock this nvidia fx5500. I know ati uses ati tool, what does nvidia use?

Now to keep it cool, I am going to put in 2 custom made fans to keep air flowing through it because the computer will run hot. Will 3 fans in total along with the fan on the gfx card be enough to keep it cool when I overclock it? Thamks
