Reformating tips please.....

Ok guys, my entire hard drive is going corrupt rather fast, programs are allways crashing, multiple programs report problems with the hard drive and so on, SO im reformating in the next hour, how do you think i should go about it this time? Install windows, then motherboard drivers, then video card drivers, then SP2 (must install SP2), then other random programs such as ones for the internet? Or install windows/sp2/mobo drivers/video card drivers/programs? Or???? Anyways i think it was my high overclock and bad ram that caused some corruption....

Overclocking and ram cant Corrupt ur HDD

AMD2800, you must not know how much harm to programs a bad stick of RAM can do, do you? And no it's not a virus or spyware, I do daily scans and updates of everything.

if u use Norton then it can be a virus as norton is crap and dont pick everything up
