what card do you have?

I have a BFG 6600GT OCed

why dont you OC you shuold, you will get a nice OC out of the 6600GT, though its XFX. lol

well, its currently on 400/1000

what should i overclock more, memory or core

i have no experience with overclocking gpu's.

if your core was really 400MHz then it'd be severely underclocked considering 6600GT's by default are 500MHz core....some are 900MHz memory though while others are 1000MHz..

Core will yield you the greatest increase in FPS when overclocked, but the point of OC'ing a GPU is to push both core and memory as far as they can safely go

nope, the manufacturer says 400/1000 is normal for it.

Should i push it to 420/1050 and see what happens?
