Replacing VGA Cooler

I think my fan is burning out on my VGA. Its whining very loud.

How do I pull the old one off? Unscrew it and just pull it off? Should I clean the chip w/ alcohol?

I used to have that fan, it is a good one. You can actually rotate 180* from the way they tell you to install it in case you are bumping into anything.

I guess I'll get that one. I also will overclock it since the card isn't worth that much. Since spending $30 on it to fix it without any performance boost is kind of a waste.
