New gaming mobo

Anyone know a good mobo and chipset (hopefully cheap) off the top of their head with these features before I start searching all over for one? (gaming mobo)

1. SLI
2. 4 RAM slots
3. SATA
4. Good with OC'ing
5. AMD socket for PLENTY of room for upgrading in the future, considering i'll be having this board for awhile because of the upgrading potential with SLI and 4 ram slots (this is very important)
