They have never given me problems, one time they sent the wrong CPU and they said they would send out the correct one and not to worry about returning the one they sent by accident. They also sent AS5 with the correct one.

Wouldn't that rock if you ordered a 3000+ or something, and then they sent a 3700+? I might 'not notice' that I got the wrong processor.

i wanted to know because of have looked at prices for an lcd monitor and it was cheaper than new egg or zipzoomfly. but i know zipzoomfly is a good company and 2 day free shipping which is very good. thanks for the replies
