Need new PSU

Well my 400w genaric PSU that came with my raidmax case is crapping out. It will take 10-20 clicks on the start button with flicking the on/off switch on the back of the PSU to start sometimes. So Im finally braking down and buying a new one.

I wish the 450 watt was in because I don't need 520w and I really dont want to spend the extra money.

I really like the modular part, and I really like it comes pre-sleeved. Is this worth buying or should I wait steer myself a different connection? Opinons welcome!

go with OCZ powerstream not modstream i would pick this psu.

I actually like the other one better. It seems much better for cable management, which I like and I don't feel like going through the hassle of doing wire sleeving.

the modstream is a cheaper version of the powerstream here

Maybe OCZ isn't the brand for me then. I like the modstream, and would be much better then what I have now. Any other nice psus with.

Pre-sleeved
Black or silver/blue
If any LED fans, must be blue.

I know thats asking a lot, but if anyone knows, please let me know.
