I work in IT *sigh* lol... do a bit of everything. Look after 250 users, 350pcs + 11 windows servers.

ok lets see the best video card is a 6600GT if your on a budget
a 7800GTX if you have the money

a X2 > single core processors

1GB overclocks better then 2GBS

your power supply is probably your issue

and the reason why you are not playing bf2 very well is cause your graphics card is an FX5500
