What are "voltage values" like +3.3v and +12v?

My "+3.3v" is slightly highter and my "+12v" is slightly lower. What is a good number for these to come in at and also what are they exactly? If I upgrade my PSU, should these number rise or fall?

How high and low are we talking? 5% difference either way is acceptable. I havent come across a PSU that has 100% accuracy yet. Your hardware has ways of dealing with the innaccurate voltage, so there shouldnt be anything to worry about if you are within 5% or so.

You could even go 10% at the max. After that you are in trouble.

but you really dont want to, everything above it is good, if your diping down pretty low like 3V thats not good, need a new psu

Ok, so being over is actually good, but being lower is bad. Correct?

lower is bad over 3.3 and 5 is good

Over is equally as bad and will cause unstability, and the frying of parts.
