AMD Code Names

I wanted to compile a list of all the codenames of AMD processors.
I am very interested in the codenames and their release dates any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Currently I have an Xp 2200 Throughbred with a 133.7 fsb x 13.5

That quickly summarizes the major differences between the AMD64 cores...but it doesn't really go into detail and there are many Opteron and Sempron and earlier K7 cores that are not included

i dont think its enough for a sticky, mabye if we got all the intel code names/specs, sockets, interfaces (for GPU/RAM/Cards), and whats compatible with what (eg. a 7800gtx isnt compatible with AGP 8x) and put them together in a thread, we will probably get a sticky.

My "how to set up a webserver" never got a sticky, and i worked hard on that one.
