This one is easy and actually happen to one of my older computer.

Timmy has an old HP computer for over 7 years now. One day he went to power it on but the computer did not power up. After sitting there for about 3 min and wondering what it could be the computer started up by itself.

What is Timmy problem and what can he check/do to solve it.

No, but I'm not sure why would it be several miles long. He never had this happen to him before but now after having the computer for over 7 years.

Well if you think the faulty connects has to do with the powersupply then your right. The problem was the powersupply is dying and he should get a new one that would fit into his tower.
