my brother bought a dell spacesaver model pc, and now wants to upgrade the graphics card but it won't fit inside anywhere. Any way around this problem? Appreciate any help.

Won't fit anywhere? Is there an AGP slot? Is the video built in? There should be at least a PCI slot he can use.

It has onboard video,
First go and buy a Pci Or Agp, But I don't think it has an AGP,anyway if not get a video card.go into bios, and change Primary Video to Pci or agp if you have it, then once that is done install drivers, but check video instructions first, sometimes they want you to install drivers first.
Anymore help or questions "We" will be here

alrite thanks a lot guys, gonna try and figure it out from there. Appreciate it.

That model only has PCI slots, no AGP. You will need a free PCI slot to upgrade.

Here is a review of that model PC with different PCI video cards.

Companies have focused most of their efforts and resources on AGP vid. cards, but there are still PCI cards out there..just have to look around for a good deal.

Thanks for the help everyone, hopefully he can find a free pci slot for it.

If you want a good video card, check out the PCI version of the GeForce FX 5600 ($150). If you don't want to spend that much money, they also make a PCI version of the 5200($75). Hope this helps.
