Serial ATA to IDE converter?

I have a serial ATA hard drive, and I need IDE but kind of want to save trouble of buying/selling again...

This seems weird but what do you guys think...

Can this save me the trouble!?!? Thanks in advance.

Basically, I'm looking for something that I can plug my RAID connection (from the hard drive) into, and it has a IDE connection that I can plug IDE from my Motherboard. An Adapter, simply. Is this it? If not, does it exist?

you should just invest into a PCI SATA controller if your motherboard does not come equipped with an onboard one.
