I have a Matsonic MS9087C Intel 865PE Socket 478 ATX Mother Board and a Geforce FX 5700LE and the video doesnt work. The screen just satsy blank. How do I fix this. The monitor does have the light on and every thing is working and the little fan on the card works. How do I fix this.

Ok, Your going to have to be a LOT more specific with your problem. First... We are going to need the specs of this machine.
The Specs are
2.5 Ghz celeron proccessor
MS9087C Intel 865PE Socket 478 ATX Mother Board
Geforce FX 5700LE
a 450W power supply
a 40 Gb hard drive with windows already on it
2 more hardrives that arnt plugged in at the moment
a bunch of fans that arnt plugged in yet
a dvd r/w
a cd/rw
and a floppy
So everythings in and when i turn it on the fans turn on and the fan on the graphics card gos on adn the hard drive makes the noises like when its loading but their is no video on the monitor it just stays black.

Take out/unplug everything except the cpu, ram and video card. Boot up the machine, does it give you any beeps? or any visual?

Do you hear a single beep? Please be more specific.
Reseat the video card. Make sure that it is in snugg. Check to make sure that your monitor cable is in properly. Reseat your memory.

If your CPU is not supported then you should not get beeps or visual.
