Help Me Choose!

Hey, I am looking for a new graphics card because mine is a bit dated(Radeon x600pro 256mb PCI-E). I am looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814102548 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814130240
as of right now. The games im am looking to play are like Battlefield 2, FEAR, Quake 4, Black & White 2, and Age of Empires 3. I can play them with what i have now on a decent setting but I would like to be able to run them on max or near max settings. I also have about $350 to spend. So do you guys think i should get of the two that i linked or do you have any other suggestions. I attached my DXDiag file so you can check out my comp's specs. Thanks for the Help .

p.s. im also getting another 2gigs of ram when i order my g-card

eVGA gets my vote, not from experience, but from the overwhelming number of lovers on this site alone. Seems to be the #1 preferred brand.

You might oughta consider moving up to a 7800GT, too, for not much more $$$.

I'm gonna have to agree with everyone else, 7800GT would be a much more worthwhile investment, especially because it can be OCed to GTX spec

Thanks for all the help, i was looking at the two i originally posted because they have 512MB of memory, but if the 7800GT is a better bet that is what i will get. Any specific brand?
