BIOS upgrade?

I heard that I need to upgrade my BIOS in order for my FI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D mobo to recognize my Athlon's 2nd core. How exactly would I go about doing this?

Go to the DFI website and look in the Support or Downloads area for your motherboard and download the update.

Look on the dfi support forums. I had this dilema and I found like 40 topics asking the same thing.
